Glowiz offers a 7-day return policy for eligible products.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used during checkout.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been shipped.
